"Mary Jo, our hair tech. We order a permanent and cut. She knows what my mom wants and it’s a perfect tight curl and short cut, just as my mom likes it. My mom is 85, and keeping her hair easy (wet and add mouse) keeps her looking good. She also makes sure my mom is comfy and warm. And treats her to an end of appointment under the hair dryer time. My mom is also blind with dementia, and she guides her delicately from task to task. It’s a long appointment and treat for mom. That’s why we keep coming back."
