"The staff at this location are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and nice to chat with. I went in to revamp my skincare and makeup routine. Ana (there every Thursday) helped me pinpoint skin health issues and create a strategy to address them. Then she showed me which products would achieve those goals and which ones to avoid. Daniel in makeup did the same. I walked out totally set and a week later I couldn’t be happier with their recommendations. Brittany at the brow bar is impeccable. I felt completely comfortable with her judgement and have been getting spontaneous complements from strangers. After trying a few places since moving to Austin a few months ago, I’ll be looking no further."

"I love this Ulta and have been going to it for years. Recently I’ve begun my healthy skincare journey and went here for new products. The rep I spoke to was very pretty with gray hair, but when I told her what I was currently doing, she shook her head in disapproval and started to, what felt like, lecture me. I never got that kind of treatment at any Ulta before and her response really took me aback. I will still be coming to this location but I will not seek/accept any help from this employee in the future."

"Adelina made this experience so special! My friends and I are all new to makeup and she helped us find the right foundation shade and product for our personal needs. She also helped us find suitable concealer, primer, and moisturizer as well. I left Ulta excited to begin my makeup journey. She is kind, fun, and well-informed; totally recommend!"

"I was recommended by the benefit brow girl to see Paul, he is listed as a master stylist on the website. Before I came in, my hair was all one length and a little longer than my collar bones. I originally did not plan on getting a cut, but had told him my hair was really heavy and we agreed that long layers would help that. I said I did NOT want a bang and that I usually pull down two small pieces when I wear my hair up. I left the salon with my hair completely butchered. I knew it was bad as it was happening. I was never told to uncross my legs, I was looking down as he cut. He cut first with scissors then again with a razor? I now have a massive ‘hole’ that isn’t even a bang, I’m not even truly sure what you’d call that. I had expressed prior how I was insecure about how short my hair was and had been wearing it up for months. I was finally getting more confident with my length then this happened. On top of it, my highlights were not blended out, brassy right in the front and this was a service I paid $242, and I regretfully tipped 20%. They refunded me cash for the cut and then offered to fix it. I went in with the manager and while things looked great as I left, for some reason the toner faded once again the highlights aren’t blended again. It’s only been a month since I’ve gone in. Overall I spent $215 to hate my hair. I’ve never had such a bad haircut or highlight and I truly don’t know what was going on. I had to pay over $800 for extensions just to not absolutely hate how I look. Just save yourself the tears and don’t bother. I wish ulta would make their stylists invest in schooling or bring people in to teach new techniques."

"Brighteyed brunette at the cash wrap was very serious about the ulta points. She got mad when I didn’t wanna give her my info. Weird vibes, maybe she was having a bad day. Had all my essentials as usual tho. Tiny snail mucin at the cash wrap too!"
