"6 months ago I came as a walk-in to just get a hair cut, and Charemon took me in. She noticed that my hair care routine was not doing my hair justice, and I never thought about the kind of shampoo I used before till she mentioned it wasn't working. We consulted while she washed my hair, and she taught me that I'm not a frizzy girl, I'm a curly girl. I said, really? My mom has naturally curly hair, but mine wasn't like hers. It was more limp , frizzy, and dull, never sleek and shiny or charismatic and curly. Charemon showed me otherwise when she offered to diffuse my hair instead of blowing it out like I usually ask for. I was up to try this new technique. I was blown away by the results. My hair looked super curly in the 80's style I could only dream of (think Nancy from Stranger Things Season 2/3) . Got compliments from all of my family. Lasted me a good week even as the curls loosened. Since then I've never treated my hair like it needed to be straightened or brushed out, and started treating it the way it was meant to be. Got a new hair care regiment and never looked back. I wake up smiling to take care of my hair, and the progress shows when I came in and Charemon said my hair already looked done, and I hadn't touched it over a week. 5 stars not just for the care and service, but for showing me how to unlock my locks and turn them into the greatest natural confidence boost I see every day."

After a detox, deep conditioning and curly cut, my curls came back to life and my scalp feels so refreshed.
