"I scored this Great Clips high because of Harley. Harley listens to what Mom and child wants in a style and accomplishes a haircut that we both are satisfied with. Harley is patient with our requests and checks with us half way through the cut to see if we approve what she's done or need more trimmed. Harley works mainly Friday and the weekends. The 90 minute wait is worth it! I have taken my daughter who is very picky to her too and she also loved her haircut. We have frequent other Great Clips and this one is by far the cleanest and on top of their game. You must check in online ahead of time before you show up and they don't take later appointments so be sure to go online. Coupons are also on the back of HEB receipts and help!"

"That is complete immoral to say that the store timing is until 5pm, store banner says that it is open. But when you walk inside the store then you say that you have to be in store 30 mins before closure. Then GC should rather update on the store timing. You don't know how hard the customer would have traveled to get the haircut. This 1 Star is for the associate who was willing to take in but the other lady associate started talking different. I am posting this review well before 5pm in front of the store at 4:47pm"
