"The search for a good/consistent nail salon in Lakeway continues as another one fails to deliver. My friend and I tried this one and I was charged $49 for a simple gel manicure, then when I called they said it was $40 but ‘not today’ so no refund. The manicure was substandard and my friends dip took way too long and you could see through it. Don’t waste your money here."
"This spa is amazing! It recently has been bought by a new owner and he is the best. We were greeted with a smile and offered beverages. The Spa is SO clean and smells SO nice. My nail tech did a fantastic job on my nails and was so gentle and attentive to my needs. Choose TrueLux every time!"
"Came in from out of state for a party and wanted to get my nails done before hand. The staff was very friendly, however the prices are higher than average and don't reflect the service given. I had a gel Mani/Pedi done and within 6 hrs ( which included a walk to lunch and lazing around the house) my big toe had half the polish missing from the bottom and 2 chipped nails! Called to let them know and they told me to come back in when we showed up they had closed early. We called again and Laura was super helpful she gave a refund for the gel polish since it wasn't acting as it should!"
