"Terrible service and extremely rude staff. I came here to get my nails done with my younger sister. I showed the staff member a reference photo and she assured me that she could do it. The nails did not turn out as promised so I asked if they could be painted over white. The staff member then yelled at me and mocked me in front of my younger sister for simply asking. The staff member did not apologize nor did anyone else apologize on her behalf. Would give zero stars if I could."

"Ann was great! She had her work cut out for her, too!! My nails lasted 6 1/2 weeks!! I just didn’t have to mime to get back in— but because they were neutral at the base, the growth was not obvious. I could not believe they lasted that long! And my toes, we did gel. I had not done it before on my toes- I will not do regular polish ever again!!! Thanks Lashes and Nails!"

"Kim and Tiffany always take care of me. I used to go to Kim at a different nail place but when I moved to lakeway I couldn’t drive all the way to her anymore. Now that she is at Lashes and Nails spa I am so thrilled i get to go to her again. She knows exactly how I like my mani and pedi and she is like an old friend. Tiffany also does beautiful work and is super sweet. They did the right thing bringing both of these talented ladies to their team!"
