"The people there were very courteous when I arrived. The hair stylist I was with understood what I wanted and was very prompt and professional. The price was also reasonable for a haircut and styling. I am very pleased with the results."

"A few things I want to complain about the hairdresser Anne Lee (horrible experience): 1. I went there on time, and I waited for 5 mins which is fine. Then she cut my hair in 10 mins and told me it’s good and not wash my hair after a haircut (they wash hair for everyone after they cut hair, and I came here before). I left the store plus paying and waiting within 18 mins. 2. When I went back home, I checked that the hair on the two sides are not symmetrical and have different lengths. So I called and they asked me to be back anytime within the day. 3. I drove all the way back to fix my hair, then she was cutting another person’s hair and I have to wait for 20 mins with my dog waiting in my car. I think it’s fair to fix my hair with 5 mins first. Then, go back to do the other person’s haircut what she was supposed to do. After that person, she was trying to skip me again, and I asked her to do mine first and she did. 4. During the process, she was nice at first. Then, I wanted her to check if the two sides are the same length, she just wouldn’t listen and go straight to cut. I told her all I want is the same length, she was like do you want to cut all the way short? I was like no I don’t. I want them to be the same length. Then, she started to talk with her co-worker (Susan Lee) in Korean and laughed at me in my face. Literally, not professional at all. When I communicate with her, she was just silent and not giving me any response. She acted very annoyed and didn’t check with me see if it’s good and shake her head a couple of times. What a horrible attitude! Literally, you messed up my hair and rushed me at first, I came back with my time and driving and waited for 20 mins. Then she acted annoyed and mean to me! I had good experience before, but this time is absolutely horrible."

"Excellent hair cut and stylist and pricing is fair unlike the more fancy salons. Salon needs updating but if this helps to keep prices affordable, I don’t mind. Convenient location. Plenty of free parking but spaces fills up."

"Went in for full highlights and cut. Showed picture of what I wanted (see screenshot/first photo--https://www.latest-hairstyles.com/long/bob.html#17). If Miki didn’t know how to execute the color, I wish he would have told me instead of trying to rationalize the extremely poor result. Instead of subtle highlights, I have uneven, garish stripes that alternate between brassy and ashy, depending upon the lighting. Worse, around my face/hairline especially, but throughout my hair are lightened, uneven stripes and chunks that begin 2” from root. He made it appear as if I had roots growing out (I entered salon with uniformly dark brown hair that had not been colored in years)?! Miki discounted only $20 and offered to fix it. However, I have zero confidence in his ability to correct this botched color process."
