"I do not recommend getting the lash lift from this place. What seemed to be a good experience was halted after seeing results of my lash lift. My left eyes lashes look good but the right side did not lift at all. You would expect your lashes to look at least like sisters..mine look like distant relatives!!When I asked if they could be fixed to match the good side I was told yes ..then I received a call saying that in fact they cannot fix them and I have to wait 4 - 6 weeks . I paid (with tip) 109.99 for this service and now I'm stuck looking stupid. The lady behind the counter had to take a picture to send to her manager before they consider doing a refund...i am now expecting a call from them to let me know if i will be receiving a refund or not. DO NOT GET LASH LIFT FROM BETTY !!! I will update post if I receive a refund -Mrs. Delgado"
"I had my lashes done at this location by Madison and I could not be more pleased. I have gone back for a refill as well and they look amazing! She did a wonderful job at making my eyes look "made up" while still looking natural. I love love love them and highly recommend her. She was polite, professional & good!! I have found my lash girl!"
