"Extremely upsetting experience. I went to get my nails fixed after they broke from heavy lifting due to me and my family recently moving and I feel as though I’ve got pterodactyl claws. I asked her to fix the nail shape and she ignored my request, filing the sides to satisfy me (it infact did not satisfy me). My nails are quite literally attached to my cuticle not to mention she made me bleed multiple times. Do NOT recommend."
