"Dave at AutoZone was amazingly helpful and so knowledgeable about everything. He helped me with my battery check and diagnosis. He also helped me purchase a corrosion kit to remove some of the corrosion on the car battery terminal! He is VERY knowledgeable and had great customer service."

"I'm only rating 3 stars but want to convey kudos to an employee at this store by name Jerry . I came in today with a battery that sounded like dying. I know the battery was under warranty because it was 1.5 years old. There was a lady employee who came out to diagnose the battery and could not get it connected well because there is a plastic lid cover over the battery. At this time she went back into the store to check if someone else could help and never came back out. When I went back into the store she and another employee started saying they cannot diagnose the battery because they should not open that cover. This conversation went on back and forth and me trying to tell them I have replaced my battery all the time at Autozone with some one opening that cover. That's when Jerry came over to find out the situation and upon knowing walked out with tools without saying a word. Jerry then diagnosed the battery as bad, took it inside, made a transaction for warranty replacement and replaced the new battery. So when the other employees did not want to look at my battery Jerry did it all with out any concerns. He is a true customer service professional."

"So your employee David called our business. Asking for a part number. We are a geotextile manufacturer. I told him we did not deal in auto parts. He says hatefully I KNOW...we were told here to call this number for part numbers. He then slams the phone down. I called back and he would not take my call. Very unprofessional, he needs a tune up. Honestly it was funny to see how he was not smart enough to dial a phone and then wanted to blame someone else. I know this will probably fall on deaf ears but I felt that for some reason you may want to know. Thanks!"

"I came in today, 25 Oct 2023, to replace my high beam bulb in my 2013 Camry SE. I believe the gentleman’s name who helped me was David, small guy with glasses and black hair. He was so nice and professional too. We exchanged stories about our past, me being retired Navy and his past experience in law enforcement. David is the type of guy I would want representing my brand. He is a people person and truly is kind to everyone. I observed him interacting with his coworkers and other customers in the store. He even came out to help me change the bulb without me asking. Job well done!!! We need more polite and helpful people like him in this world. Thank you once again David. I think a raise should be in his near future. We have to retain great help. Very Respectfully, Willie Smith IV"
