"Horrible service! They used to be really good. The staff was nice, they did quality work, and their prices were decent. Not anymore! I recently went in for a pedicure and french tips and was overcharged. Without warning they increased their prices and my mani and pedi were poorly done. The nail tech cut me twice and placed the acrylic too far away from my cuticles, making it look like I needed a refill not even 3 days after. I really did not want to give them anymore of my money but because of the type of mani I got, I wanted to make sure the refill was done correctly. So I called to schedule an appointment for a refill and the service was even worse. They pushed my appointment back by an hour and when I got there I still had to wait. Whether you have an appointment or not, they will put other customers ahead of you. They are also rude and aggressive. I will never return."

"I have been going here for years. My nails are curved and often nail techs will cut me or not do my nails correctly. Tracy is the best, she's efficient, nice and does them correctly. She also makes the cutest masks!"
