"Been a regular for 8+ years. Its convenient and I can bring my kid comfortably. Although, my recent visit will be my last. I was BAMBOOZLED. I went in for Shellac on my toes, no pedi. That comes out to $20. The woman asked if I wanted to cut my cuticles because for both my hands and feet (cuticles only) + my Shellac would cost $30 total, I said perfect! I then went to check out and had an extra $15 charge. I kindly asked out of pure confusion, and the response was wild. I was told that the $15 was for cutting my cuticles on my hands and that if I would've gotten powder done instead, they would've discounted cutting my cuticles to $5. Someone please help explain this. LOL I tipped well anyways, but I wont be back."

"I had an absolutely dreadful experience at this nail shop. My nails were soaking for nearly an hour, resulting in a painful burning sensation. To make matters worse, they cut my real nails too short, leaving them resembling man hands. The audacity to charge $15 for regular polished toes, when other places charge $8, is outrageous. When I inquired about white polish for my fingernails, they quoted an exorbitant $20. The lack of friendly vibes and uncomfortable atmosphere made the experience even more unbearable. Save yourself the agony – I won't be returning. The entire process felt rushed and chaotic from the start. Instead of a calm, one-step-at-a-time approach, they had me multitasking with my hands soaking while they hastily moved me to the pedicure chair. I awkwardly sat with a bowl in my lap and fingers submerged while they worked on my toes. The lack of professionalism was apparent when I could overhear them discussing me, making the entire experience uncomfortable and unprofessional."

"I live in the southeast side so I normally go to a place around me. I was on the Mo-City area and needed my toes and nails done. I took a chance with this one and glad I did. Tony did my nails and he did an awesome job. He was fast and knew exactly what type of color I wanted. Joe did my pedicure and he was awesome, did a great job and was fast. The place looks very clean and they do offer beverages to their clients. This is my new go to. Definitely recommend it."

"I wanted some Douyin/Korean nails style but no other stores does it so I decided to give them a try. I showed Donna the designs I wanted and she literally spent nearly 2 hours helping me pick out the right shades, charms and even added more art designs on the nails. Her charms collection was the most that I have ever seen in awhile. Literally had everything you can ever think of. My nails turn out to be sooooo cute and even better than the picture I showed her. On top of that, it was very reasonable pricing too. I highly recommend this salon"
