"I normally enjoy the services I receive here. The facility is esthetically beautiful. It is peaceful, even when it is full. The staff are friendly, professional, and talented, so I was taken aback at how I ended up missing some skin around my cuticles on a few fingers. I did let the tech, who I hadn't gone to before, know that the drill was rubbing my cuticles by saying "Ouch" and moving my hand away. Then it happened again. The full set was finished without further incident, and the end the results were beautiful; however, my cuticles are sore, and they still sting when anything touches them like water from washing my hands. I'm not opposed to returning here for services, but I will definitely make an appointment with the previous nail techs as they were gentle and did beautiful work. Techs like Mary."

"A friend recommended this place so I decided to try it and I am so pleased with my experience. I will definitely be a returning customer! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the manager, John and asked if I wanted a smoothie (currently 35 weeks pregnant so how could I say no), but they also have alcohol which is a plus because who doesn’t like to relax with a good drink? I’m very particular about my nails (especially my French tips) and Peter did an amazing shellac overlay. Bruce did my pedicure and highly recommend, the leg/feet massage was 10/10. I also got a quick neck & shoulder massage afterwards and it was wonderful. The attention to detail is everything to me and I’m happy to say I was very pleased. It’s also very clean and quiet, I felt like I was at a spa. I will be recommending this place to everyone!"

"A friend recommended me this place so I was curious to check it out. This place was bigger than I expected!!! It is beautiful and clean inside. They have several tv screens to keep you entertained, they are professional and swift to take care of you even if you don’t have an appointment. They also offer 2 complimentary drinks. I already had a drink so I didn’t order anything. They charged me $35 for a special scrub and hot stone pedicure with regular polish and $30something for a shellac manicure. They did a good job and did not take too long. Julia was fast, friendly and kind to me, asking me if I was satisfied with the job. I recommend this place!"
