"For $100 I was just treated like an annoyance. When the lady asked me how long I wanted my nails, she gave me .01 seconds to decide before she decided to just cut them at the length that she thought was best. I really wanted long nails but I thought I was like well “I guess” since she already cut them. I probably should’ve spoke up, but she had already cut them and it just made me so annoyed. Literally sitting there for like I was being held hostage . The whole experience moving forward was just some thing that I did not enjoy and it’s hard when you’re sitting in that chair and not sure what to do and just want to leave. The girl doing my pedi literally looks so annoyed and disgusted at me. She never said hi or even made eye contact. My feet are not even that crazy. She just made me feel so uncomfortable. They asked me several times if this was my first time or if I had been there before and I have never been there but I have gotten my nails done consistently. Please go somewhere else if you want good customer service. I just wish I could get some of my money back because for $100 this was such an inconvenience. Then else came out OK but it’s not what I wanted."

"Long story short. My teen isn't allergic to anything but broke out in bumps after a manicure and pedicure with Lucy on 1/27/23. Next day 1/28/23 spoke with guy mgr. and showed pictures and requested a refund. He denied we received service, very irate, disrespectful, and careless. Told me all I want is money. I've been going here for about 1yr. so I'm not sure how he came to that conclusion. Oh and to never come back, how dare you embarrass a customer. Management is aweful"

"honestly straight 10/10 best service i’ve ever had at a nail salon. i got the deluxe mani, full set acrylic with french and chrome and soooo worth what I paid. Veena (i think was her name) was amazing and I’ve never been happier with my nails."

"Got my toes done November 3rd, my first time here. Three days after my gel pain was peeling apparently it didn’t dry well so I went back she asked for my receipt and I gave it to her luckily for me I still had the receipt in the car. Fast forward to the 10th after redoing it in the 6th the acrylic powder added to my left big toe is broken and the other toes is peeling. First and last time, never again. A pedi for $70 and above I should never have this type of experience."
