"I love Shauniece! I originally booked her through class pass but there was a miscommunication and she did get notified of my appointment by class pass but she apologized and rescheduled me and I added on services as well as scheduling my mom for her first wax. I did have to reschedule that appointment due to my period and she was so understanding. I planned on leaving my kids at home but I had to bring them due to change in plans but she had no problem with them being there and even had toys to keep my toddler occupied when she started to get restless. my mom got her wax first and Shauniece walked her through the entire process and was very patient with us. If your looking for a new wax lady look no further. I'm excited to watch her and her business grow."
