"The staff is definitely very friendly but I think you need to hire more experienced colorists and not high schoolers!! I recently came for a balayage and yes, I did say I want to go darker but that didn't mean medium brown hair to black!! I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted...darker brown hair with subtle balayage (you could actually see the balayage in the picture I showed) but after 4 hrs sitting there, even the stylist was like you can barely see it. She didn't use a Lightner and wasted my entire day especially when I even mentioned I need to go out tonight so one would think the stylist would make you look pretty but I ended up having to book a correction appointment for her to fix my hair. The 2nd time I showed a different picture to copy and I can't say it's what I asked but it is an improvement. Time to look for a new salon...was hoping for a better experience with an Aveda salon."

"You’d expect certain standards from Aveda Concept Salon and for 50 dollars a decent Men’s haircut, but instead you get uneven edges with threads of hair sticking out and sides that look plucked. All discovered after closer examination at home. Photos speak for itself. This is by far the worst haircut I’ve ever had!  On a scale from 1 to 10 it’s 0. Not recommended due to below amateur level of craftsmanship and pure negligence.  Also I was on time, had to wait 15min and no drinks were offered. Usually that’s a thing to provide additional services at so-called concept salons."
