"I expect better. I called to get an appointment but my regular stylist was not there. He said come on in. When I did, I waited 25 minutes, then I was greeted by several types of hair in the chair and all over the floor. When I asked her to please clean the area, there was nothing but Chinese language in reply."

"I come there after read the review, and here the worst experience ever! i had a permanent hair straight, but the result was FRIZZY AND DRY HAIR! The staff so incompetent and he messed up my hair. i never had a bad experience like this in my life at salon. Definitely will not come back . very not recommended. I end up going to another salon, and fixed this."
