"I have never liked going to the dentist, but Star Smiles of Aubrey was like a breath of fresh air for my family and I. Filling out all the insurance forms and whatnot was a breeze thanks to the kind receptionist. After checking my teeth, Dr. Reddy unveiled that I had multiple cavities, which would need filling. I came in for the filling about a week later, and was amazed. Dr. Reddy didn’t just fill my cavities, he taught me about my teeth, and made sure that I was aware of the dental mistakes I was making. Amazed by this, I brought in my son, who has had multiple dental issues to Dr. Reddy. His patience stood out as he took the time to explain my son’s dental issues in detail, making sure we understood the problem and gave us helpful tips to make sure my son doesn’t permanently harm his teeth. We went home satisfied, and soon after, my husband caught on and scheduled an appointment. Dr. Reddy carefully cleaned my husband’s teeth, and took time to make sure his sensitive teeth weren’t hurt. Later on, it was time for a landmark moment for my daughter, her first dental visit. He showed a lot of patience while dealing with my fussy daughter, and went through each and every one of my daughter’s teeth and found a couple of cavities. Dr. Reddy took every step possible to make sure my daughter wasn’t troubled, when she eventually got those cavities filled. My daughter even said, “I was not very happy to come to the dentist, but Dr. Reddy and the people in the front were also really nice and kind. Dr. Reddy and the staff were also caring about what we were thinking, since it was my first dentist appointment and you (mom) were a bit scared so Dr. Reddy gave you a choice of what you want and what I want.” After all these amazing experiences, our entire family is now going to him for all of our dental needs, and he has now become our family dentist. All in all, I have to say, I am VERY impressed by the quality of care and patience from Dr. Reddy and his staff."
