"The doctors and staff at dental office are all friendly. Especially Dr. Kelly Kim, who is very knowledgeable. At the first checkup, she recognized all of my daughter's habits and was very helpful in telling me which ones were causing problems, which is something I've never heard of at other dentists. This should have been our first stop when our family came to Dallas, and we were very disappointed that we didn't. The doctor's hands were very quick and precise, and I really appreciated that She told me how I should take care of my teeth at home. This is the best dentist in town."

"I just moved to North Texas and needed to find a new dentist I called First, because I was calling around different dentist offices for extractions. The young lady over the phone first told me $200-$300 for a molar extraction I let her know that was a little expensive Since I just got two extractions on the other side for $150 She let me know she didn’t have an exact price but she will put the code in for my molar and gave me a quote of $165 and I was OK with that. When I got there, everyone was nice But then, when it came to pricing I let her know I was not interested in any packages that I was OK with the quote I got over the phone. She went to speak to Dr. Kim And came back and was saying that my extraction is different! Please be honest, honest with Your patients"

"Had a great experience today in my first visit. The hygienist was awesome, made me feel comfortable and I didn't feel a thing. Dr. Kim was also great! I've had bad experiences in the past at other offices where I feel like unnecessary work is being pushed and made me feel pressured to get work done. Not the case at all at Navo - one of the best dental experiences I've had! She was thorough but said I didn't need anything done and scheduled me for six months out. Was in and out in an hour with no wait."
