"Hilda was very professional and so caring. I had went to go cut my at another salon. I was so upset they had cut my hair horrible. Almost left crying. Someone recommended me with Hilda gave her a call and told her about my situation. She right away was willing to leave her house ro come help me. She can only see booked customers and she literally went out of her way to save me. As soon as I stepped in her beauty salon she greeted me and I knew right away that I was in good hands. "This place was recommended by a good friend. Actually she recommended Angelica. I went there on Saturday with the confidence that she knew what she was doing. As you can see on my attached pictures that was not the case. The first picture is what I wanted. The second is the results of her terrible work. The third is what her Employer did after she came in on Sunday her day off to repair. I was devastated with what Angelica did after so many texts begging her to fix it she said she could not until Tuesday. I explained I could not miss work. She was not having it. She was so busy plugging her side job and telling me her life story that she did not bother to take care of my hair. She also took another client while I had product in my hair. She left the product for over 40 minutes and she said I only needed it for 25 minutes. After she finished with this persons haircut and style she proceeded to wash my hair and took me to her work area where there was still hair all over the chair and floor. She is the most UNPROFESSIONAL STYLIST I HAVE EVER HAD!. I was so upset, Miss Hilda came in and saved my weekend. Miss Hilda Thank you for coming in on SUNDAY your day off and fixing the mess your employee made. You deserve better employees. This is disrespectful to your business and of course your customers. "Ms. Hilda has been doing my hair for over 20 years, and I am always very pleased, especially with my highlights! Very talented colorist. She is so sweet, patient, and considerate, I don't even think of going anywhere else. She did my son's very first haircut on his first birthday, and today she cut his hair for his 13th birthday! We just love her and her staff; always friendly and willing to do whatever they can to please their clients! The salon is always clean and tidy, with a calm and comfortable atmosphere.
