"First time coming to this place since it’s conveniently located near HEB. I will say their prices are a bit on the more expensive side than the other shops I normally go to. I received very excellent service in getting a Mani/ Pedi combo. The gentleman that did my pedicure was amazing! He did such a wonderful job, he took his time and the massage he gave was excellent."
"Do not recommend. Very rushed experience. Not relaxing. Burnt my daughter with the wax. Insisted it couldn’t be the wax. When we told them, there were red marks on her, the team did not react. When we got into the car, she was starting to blister, so I went to let the lady at the desk know. I wanted her to understand that their processes were dangerous, and that they were too rushed. She offered me a $10 discount for the next service. I don’t want or need her money. When I tried to reiterate that my real concern was that they were going too fast, she smiled patronizingly and thanked me for my feedback."
"My feet started to itch that night, I got in the bath to just see if it was going to cool down! Next day hives was on my feet, I little pus came from one of my big toe on the side! I’m not sure if they don’t sterilize and sanitize they equipment right or if it was the acrylic that’s on my big toe nails is what cause this! I called all he said was can I come back up there, I had to work for the rest of the week so couldn’t make it! But my experience was terrible."
