"This place has gone downhill fast - it used to be the best one in Katy - now all they can find is incompetent people that can’t even reprint a credit receipt. I checked in online from home at 220 pm on Saturday - got here at 239 pm and told the lady I was here and name #4 on the list - she said ok you’re checked in - my wife is texting me at 257 pm you’re next on the list - they kept taking people ahead of me that had just arrived - so I checked the board at the front - my name was there #1 but it didn’t show me “in salon.” Thats why all the other people were getting ahead of me. Incompetent lady at front desk didn’t even check me in - time to find a better place for haircuts!"

"This is the absolutely best Great Clips I ever been to. They give you good iContact and welcome you and when you walk in and the respectfully ask, if you checked online this great clips will always be my location to go to. They’re super friendly and super clean. I’m very satisfied with the store. I gave them a five star because of their customer service is so big in there and very friendly they listen to you about what you want your hair to be the way you wanna cut very friendly and very patient and willing to work with you."

"2/26/23 their app has been bad for several years. The timer will say 15 min, then upon arrival and get it the door it goes up to a 38 minute wait. I asked for a high fade and they put it on the top of my head. They basically gave me. Faux hawk. I am not a teenager. I have been going here for years and it is so inconsistent I don’t know why I have even bothered. Today was kind of the last straw. The only convenience was the app checking in early, and that is a lie. I would not recommend. This place."

"I paid someone $17 to mess up cutting my hair. How is this even possible. The person who cut my hair wasn’t even paying attention and talking about what I should do after work instead of focusing. I could’ve cut my hair for $17 dollars if I had the experienced I had."
