"Jennifer has always been great at scheduling and setting my appointments to the times and dates that were good for me. Always called a head to make sure I was Aware of my appointments. 2 root canals and 13 cavities and 3 teeth pulled. They let me pay in payments as went did the work. Thank you again. "I will never go back. Very disappointing experience. The entire thing lasted less than 30 minutes, which included x-rays. I love going to the dentist and this wasn’t my first time getting a cleaning. I have unfortunately had to change dentists before because of changes in my insurance and have always walked away with a good cleaning. Not this time!! It started with the lackluster exam by the dentist, who took the first pass with the “water blaster” what should have been the initial first step to remove tartar build up. I thought it was odd the dentist was doing this, not the hygienist, but went along with it. After he was done, the dental hygienist never used a tool on me to remove excess tarter build up after his initial pass. Her flossing technique was something else and when she couldn’t get the floss to slide between my teeth she made a choice to move on… I thought that was classy. Her tools were the suction to remove the water and saliva, partial use of floss, and the tool to polish my teeth. At this point, I was just ready to leave. My insurance stated 100% was covered, to add insult, a charge of $10 was added for sterilization of equipment, which is expected, not an option. Maybe next time you should really use equipment if charging to have it sterilized. I’m told this is a common practice to charge this fee – it was a first for me. I would think this is the cost to do business. Stay away – I’ve already reported this to my insurance company."
