"Always courteous and friendly staff. The Dentists and Hygienists always does a very good job. Support staff is okay for the most part however, they sometimes don't pay attention to detail. They are willing to make minor corrections if needed. I do trust that the entire staff try and do what's best for the customer so I'll continue to use AspenDental's services and recommend them to family and friends."

"Aspen dental gave me my life back. I recently had a health issue that resulted in multiple tooth extractions. Aspens painless procedure allowed me the ability to chew again with minimal office visits. Most dentures are bulky and require horrible adhesives, while my partial was very sleek and needed no prep! "This location canceled my appointment 3 out of the 4 last time. First 2 not enough staff and last one because I didn’t call back to confirm. Not sure if they feel like most of their customers are at home watching TV all day, but I travel 80% of the time and when out of town cannot always get back for multiple reasons including time zones and the limited office hours they have at the dental office. One of these cancelations cost my treatment to roll over to the next year, ,having an impact on my coverage which now delays my treatment by a year not only that but I had canceled 2 family vacation trips because of those 2 appointments that ended up canceling. I really like the location and the Dr. and dental hygienist are great, but I need an office that will be consistent, I can’t just waste days left and right because of the inefficiency of this office. Reported to BBB and business agreed with the facts although they started the response by saying I was incorrect the facts are there and they confirmed them."

"The office staff at Aspen are always so kind and nice. You're greeted with warm welcomes. The hygienist are the funniest and kindest. I received a deep cleaning this week by Katelyn. She did an awesome job! She made sure that I was comfortable the whole time although I was nervous. Victor the office Manger is the best!!! I needed work and he helped me fine the most affordable options to get the ball roiling! I highly suggest Aspen Dental!"
