"If it weren't for getting hurt 4 times during my pedicure as well as the intense burn after she put antiseptic on my nails, it would of been decent. My daughter waited an hour to get her nails done soaking them in a dish. They told her a few minutes and it ended up being an hour. I don't understand why quality and non injury isn't held up to a higher standard in salons these days"
"I'm so mad. This is my first mani and pedi in Katy! The lady dug in my big toes until it hurt so much that I couldn't take it. And now my right big toe is infected. And it's only been a day since I got them done! Don't go here!!!!!"
"Absolutely love this place, the staff are so friendly! It was very relaxing! I’m obsessed with my nail color! It’s so pretty perfect for fall! They took time to really make the magnet bring out that metallic color! I have been to many in the area , and tried it out with my mother. This place was better then any in Katy hands down , gloss had staff that didn’t even talk to you . I love the friendly staff !"
