"Absolutely enamored with the service. This was a fill and revamp by Mona over an already stunning acrylic set by Nancy the week prior. My nails never break or come off after Nancy applies them, and Mona was meticulous in reapplying the metallic inlays and seamless ombré design. The quality is on (and often above) par with $100+ manicures offered by other spas."
"Today was my first time here and Mrs. Kathy is amazing. She did a excellent manicure on me. Professional, all of the equipment was sanitary, and she did a excellent massage with the hot rocks. My usual place where I live I feel like they always rush. Thank you Mrs. Kathy."
"No to the acrylic refil, yes to the pedicure. I went in on a Wednesday they took me in quickly. I got #138 color shellac. after I left I realize my refil didn't look right well looks like I got half a refil the color wasn't added till the back of the nail bed or they didn't remove my cuticles. Two days later Friday the tip of my some fingers started chipping. Pedi was amazing lady paid attention to detail (no chipping, regular polish) and gave a great massage. Will only go back here for a pedi in the future"
"I have been coming here the past few times to get powder on my nails. The last time I noticed there was a lot of chipping and I had to come in and get nails repaired. Upon this last time there were miscolored areas on my nails and lots of bumps/bubbles. Before leaving I let the person doing my nails know that I didn’t like them but I was told it was the color I picked and the temperature of the powder made them look that way(never had this issue prior). Upon leaving and seeing the nails in the sunlight I noticed how uneven my nails were and that there were small holes and bumps in my nails. I went to get them fixed the next day and was told the person who did them was not available. I had mentioned I did not want the same person and I was told that no one was able to fix them and I can make an appointment. It’s just annoying that you pay so for a service and state that you aren’t happy with the final product and still aren’t able to get them fixed upon the initial request."
