"This nail salon is wonderful! It's peaceful, comfortable and the staff is amazing. I love to relax with a good book while getting my pedicure and their chairs allow me to do that comfortably. They have a massive selection of polishes, which I appreciate. My teenage niece has gotten her nail art done here twice and she was very impressed....sometimes difficult with a 14 year old! I'm so happy Sally opened a wonderful salon here in Cross Creek!"

"I gave this place a try as my usual nail tech from another salon was on vacation. The receptionist was very friendly but I was not impressed with the person who did my dip manicure. She was very unfriendly and did not speak to me at all. It took over an hour and a half to get my manicure. I was getting restless and the place is so quiet you could hear a pin drop. Once I was finally done with my pedicure (which was not impressive) and dip manicure I went to the register to pay. I discovered that they charged me to remove my previous dip to do a refill? What? I’ve never ever in the many years of getting my nails done have paid a separate removal fee to get the same service done. After paying I had already decided I won’t be returning to this salon again. Also, a few days later 3 of my nails chipped which has never happened before with dip manicure. This place is overpriced and a complete waste of time and money. I normally don’t write reviews but felt compelled after my nails chipped…"
