"I think Shaista is great. But.... she was told to charge me for the last 3 shampoos because she had not charged me. Who does that?? So I was charged retroactively for services done a month to 3 months ago! That greed probably cost them my business. Would not recommend such a shady place!"
"I’ve been going to Aisha’s for almost two years. Saba is my brow tech and ALWAYS does an amazing job when given clear instructions. (I followed her from the previous location to the Grand Parkway location, so that goes to show my loyalty and the quality of her work.) She and the front desk ladies consistently provides great customer service, very friendly, & personable. Making and even rescheduling appts are easy. Facilities are always clean and services are reasonably priced."

Then went in for a hair oil treatment with Saba who talked to me about my hair color. Boy am I glad I listed to her. Thanks to Saba’s expertise, I ended up getting a stunning balayage that matched exactly what I wanted. The staff was incredibly friendly, offering drinks and food, and their professionalism was top-notch. Highly recommended! Thank you Saba for the great color."
