"Took the time to explain to Vilma how I needed my haircut, politely asked her if she could do it, she kindly said yes, but after I noticed she was doing the opposite of what I asked and pointed out that she had messed up, she got defensive and rude, I still paid her $15.00 for messing up my hair, and I was always polite to her, she even told me that if I did not like the hair cut, to go somewhere else next time, to which I agree."
