"I heard through a friend about how great Nick was and really loved my hair after he cut and highlighted it. I was really impressed with my highlights but as I was a client for 2 years he then didn’t do a good job anymore. What I found out he damaged other clients hair as well as mine. The last couple of times he started doing a terrible job. I even referred my friends to try him out and they loved their hair. I had been looking for the right hair dresser for several years and thought he was the best. I even moved about 45 minutes away and drove to Pro Hair because I thought at the time he had been the best hairdresser there ever was. I went back a couple more times and thought maybe he was just having a bad day but It didn’t matter because I didn’t want my hair screwed up. So the last time I went to him he complained about cutting my hair and blow drying it and I he also charged me double than I usually paid. Months before my last visit he didn’t even do my highlights like he had done before but left part of my hair still brown which I wanted to change my highlights into a blonde color. So I tried to go to another stylist and she did an excellent job and fixed the color of the hair. The very last time I went to Pro Hair he didn’t even want to cut my hair and style it and told me that I had to make an appointment which he had never told me that before. He charged me double than I had ever paid and didn’t even cut or style my hair! He had an attitude and I was extremely upset! I will never go back to him ever again. I finally found another stylist who I am very happy with. I highly recommend that other clients should find a stylist who does their hair the way it should be done!"

"This was my first time to Pro Hair Salon. I needed major color correction on my hair. Due to COVID, I hadn’t gone to a hair salon in 10 months and I wanted a new hair salon, since I moved to Cypress over a year ago. I had been doing my own root touch up, even attempted caramel highlights and my hair is long. During our consultation, Nick looked at my pictures of the highlights and color I had it in the past and was very detailed with the selections of the colors. He was patient when doing my hair, never complained how long it took and listened when I told him I didn’t want very much cut off the length. When he was done, I felt like I looked like a movie star! I loved the results. He was so personable and his prices are reasonable. I definitely found my new hair salon. Already sending him a referral. Thanks Nick!"

"Although this place is located in an area that's not easily visible if you've never been, it's accessible with adequate parking. My hair stylist was Kim. She was sweet, considerate, and cheerful. I appreciated that she took heed and listened to everything I wanted and made any additional changes needed to acquire the outcome I was desiring. I liked that I didn't feel rushed or neglected despite there being other customers. Unfortunately I often hop from salon to salon as it's extremely difficult to find an even satisfactory stylist at a reasonable cost. However, I am happy to say that I had a great experience here and will be returning for my next trim/cut :)"

"It’s so hard for me to find or trust a good hair stylist because of a past experience but this place is great!!! Owner was very much about customer service and Kim did an awesome job cutting my hair! I was nervous because my hair was really long and I wanted 12-14 inches cut off but still long hair with some layers. She did a great job and made sure each time she cut length off that I was okay with it first! Great service and friendly staff!!! Definitely going to go to them again!"
