"I'm SO happy with my hair cut and balayage from Kim. When I called to make an appointment the gentleman who answered was very friendly and helpful. At my appointment, when I walked in the same gentleman greeted me by my first name which was very welcoming. I was seated immediately and brought a beverage. I barely waited at all before Kim came over and introduced herself and patiently listened while I described what I was looking for with cut and color. I'm not the greatest communicator but Kim quickly picked up on what I wanted and I'm thrilled with the result. I had too much red in my hair from the last place I tried and didn't like how the red looked. Kim did a great job taking softening the red. I also really appreciated her tips on maintaining the color and offering to curl my hair after she found out I had dinner plans after my appointment. I will definitely be going back to Kim for my next appointment."
