"First time coming to this nail salon and I will now be coming here forever Lol! I moved here from Jersey and was eager to find a nail salon I could call home, and Bali Spa & Nails is it! Their customer service is amazing and they have such a welcoming aura. Not to mention the establishment is so modern and wonderfully decorated. I love the Aesthetic! Ivy took care of me, and I will now be coming to her as she specializes in design and she’s so sweet and really pays attention to detail. So happy I found this place! 5 Stars for sure! "I’m tired of nail salon business owners hiring unqualified technicians but then charge exuberant price for the service. The salon is beautiful and clean but that doesn’t mean anything if the service doesn’t match it. The technician that did my nails cut me on two of my fingers and did not even let me know or acknowledge what she did. When I told her she cut me she responded by saying “oh sorry” and moved on. I could get an infection it’s not something she should take lightly. And the then the technician that did my pedicure asked if I wanted my toes short and I said leave the big toes and cut everything short she repeated what I said so I assume she understood. When it was time to cut the nails she was distracted because she was talking to other technicians across the room so she started cutting my big toes and when she realized what she did she apologized. This kind of mistakes wouldn’t happen if she was paying attention. The whole experience was horrible. I went with my brother he was also getting a pedicure. The technicians were extremely loud talking across the room with each other. We were the only ones in there because it was around closing time on a week day. The nail technician were talking loud as if there were no customers in the room. When I go to the nail salon to get my nails done, I also look forward to the relaxation feeling but this experience was the opposite."

"Bella did such an amazing job when I came in to get my mani done. She sure knows how to spoil her customers and it's always really nice when you walk in to a super clean salon. Highly recommend. The whole staff today was so friendly and attentive. And the best part the owners live in the neighborhood. Let's support our neighbors ❤"
