"This is the worst hair place I’ve ever been too. I thought it was like a regular salon but each person gets their own studio. Which is not what it looked liked from the pictures I saw. The salon had great reviews so that’s the only reason I picked this place. I wish I could’ve seen the whole process from when my hair was getting done. But unfortunately I couldn’t because I wear glasses. So I had to take them off. I couldn’t see anything. Rachel made me feel welcomed. She was super friendly and made me comfortable. It really seemed like she knew what she was doing. But Rachel did not do a good job at all. She told me it would cost $200 if I had my hair washed and curled. She said since I already washed my hair before coming in that I didn’t need it washed again. I’m really glad I didn’t get my hair washed because I did not like the end result. I ended up paying $50 to get my hair done and I was so disappointed!!! When she handed me my glasses at the end, I was expecting my hair to look amazing. BUT NOPE. NOT AT ALL. My hair looked tangled from all the hair spray, where it was teased at the top to add volume. It was also flat and looked super frizzy. My hair didn’t even looked curled. It just looked like I had flat waves all around. I was so embarrassed to even walk out. I had to tie my hair up in a pony tail and went straight home to wash it out. I should’ve taken pictures but I was in a rush. I didn’t want to be rude so of course I still paid. I had to have a friend do my hair later on before a party I had to go to. Which was very upsetting because I should’ve paid her the $50 instead. I will not be coming back here ever again."
