"Update: After posting this review I received a text message about coming in for someone to fix the issue with my lashes. I was very hesitant at first to accept the offer to fix my lashes but after speaking to one of the managers, she convinced me to go in and meet with Tracy a master stylist at their Firethrone location. My experience with Tracy was wonderful. She explained to me the error made by the lash tech who did my lashes prior to me coming in. She fixed my lashes and they look amazing. When I get my lashes refilled I will only go to Tracy. Thank you guys for helping me! I have been going to get my lashes done here for quite some time. I got my lashes done a week ago and more than 50% of them have fallen out. I have never had this happen before. Their quality and service is not the same as when I first started going to this studio. If you want quality service I do not recommend going here."

"Update: Lash Touch Studio immediately reached out to me to fully assess the problem. They were attentive and apologetic to fixing the problems. I came in again and this time, Cassandra was my technician. She was amazing. Her work is meticulous. These Hybrid lashes are now fuller and longer lasting. She diligently ensures each lash is neatly on as well as re-checking to make sure it's sticking. Additionally, reception and the salon as a whole also deserve some applause. Reception is welcoming as I'm greeted with friendly smiles. The facilities maintain high levels of cleanliness all throughout from the lash rooms, waiting areas, as well as their restrooms. Can't say I'm fully disappointed as the facility was clean and calm. Reception was very attentive and informative on the differences between types of lashes. Now why the 2 stars? Disappointed in the results. At first glance, it looks good. But I was surprised at how fast it took. It took a little less than an hour to finish for a full set Hybrid. I've had lashes done before and it usually takes around 1.5-2 hrs for full set. Now quick and efficient is amazing for us moms. However, not so great for efficiency when it compromises on results and quality. When I got home, I'm able to see my lashes better. It's way too light to be considered a hybrid set. I paid for a Hybrid but got a Classic fullness at best. I did ask my technician why it didn't look so full. She responded saying that my natural lashes were too light. However I've gotten lashes before and this fullness was not Hybrid level. Additionally, when inspecting, the lashes were not placed evenly and sloppy looking. It looks like I used falsies instead of getting extensions."
