"Walked in.. 4 staff sitting, talking with each other. Older lady turns to me.. turns back and speaks in their language to others. No one acknowledged that I’m standing at counter! Awkward feeling! I walk out.. Someone comes to door and turns off the open sign. Door clearly states 9:30a to 7:00p M- Saturday! It’s 5:11p! Never again. If you’re closing early.. cool…No problem.. But please acknowledge customers!"

Food,Beverage and Customer Service:

"I went in and the hairstylist there did it incredible job after a while of not being able to get a haircut due to the pandemic I finally got a haircut and it was amazing and she even help me with eyebrows help me with beauty products and accessories. Emily has a great customer service and I will definitely be back regular basis and will absolutely recommend."
