"If I could give her ZERO stars I would definitely do so. I had an appointment at 11:30 AM this morning and would be only about five minutes late due to taking my babies into the emergency room last night and did not get home till 6 AM this morning and this is the response I get when I tell her that I will just be a few minutes late. I understood that she had somewhere to go at 11:45 for her comment coming back at me when I simply asked if she had any more availability for Thursday or Friday was completely inappropriate. No sense of customer service. I have attached the screenshots of the text messages. I will definitely not be coming back."
"Very friendly and professional service. My brows were uneven, one side was full and the other thin. I asked Mehar to clean them up but not too much so my sparse brow could grow in. She listened to my request and shaped them perfectly. I have a new brow tech!"
