"The hair stylists here obviously care about their customers and work hard to make sure people look and feel their best. Last time I was there for a cut, I mentioned how I thought my eyebrows were looking tragic. My stylist, Raquel, made sure that after my hair was dried and styled, my brows were waxed/shaped/fixed before I left the salon. Totally unnecessary (since I hadn't scheduled waxing) but so appreciated."
