"$22 plus tax should buy you an even haircut for little boys. The manager (Avery Reed), owner (Bryan Norris), stylists Patience and Alissa need to do better. Put yourselves in your customers shoes. You can’t accuse and place the blame on an uneven haircut solely on the customer, and then suggest they go to GreatClips. As a stylist you are the professional, and when a haircut doesn’t look right or even do better by suggesting the better cut. If you don’t know how to cut specific hair types, own it and either learn or speak up and say so. As a manager, offer up an apology before anything else. Starting off your response with “You should have…” is not the way to win a customers loyalty. As an owner, do your due diligence before accusing the customer. I doubt you were personally able to return to the salon and review the videos before calling me back and accusing me of something you were not witness to in 8 minutes. A business can only get better when you listen and address issues, empathizing with the customer. A busy schedule should not be an excuse for lower quality. Do better."

"Took my son (4) to get his hair cut, faded shaggy mohawk. Told Kelly what I wanted and she did an amazing job in no time at all! The ladies there were all really nice, super laid back, everything you would want in the experience! It's 1.5 hours away from me, but I'll definitely make the drive when my son needs his next cut! Y'all are great, thank you!!"
