"Second time with very bad outcome. After a kind complaint they said: please next time specify you don’t want someone practicing on your head!…. Whaaaat?? Nobody wants to pay for a “professional service” that includes unsupervised training on it. I had to remove almost all my hair. They made a full discount and asked me to pay for the tip. I wanted to pay for a great service and definitely I didn’t wanted to give any tip. At the and, because I don’t want anything for “free”, what I paid was a tip, which I hated. There is not customer service, all feedback on their system are blocked (for a reason). Never Go to this place!!!"

"Just took my twin boys there, with two different hair stylists. One lady did a fantastic job - great cut, styled his hair and took a little extra time making sure he was even, blended it and cleaned his neck up nicely. He left looking really good. The other lady however did not do a good job. Uneven all over, did not clean his neck or do any sort of blending, and definitely didn't take any time to style and make sure we were happy with it. I did ask her to fix one thing up, which she kind of did. Hard to imagine the difference in quality of cut and service. Not sure we'll be back not knowing what quality we will get."

"My son (9) and I Have been going for years with great service but the newer employees are extremely rough with the clippers; so much so that my 9 year old has a nasty cut on the back of his ear that is getting pretty ugly. The employees that have been there for a while are great but it seems when they get busy, a couple of the newer stylists get in a rush and get very oblivious to how rough they are being"

"I understand that this location might be understaff and I totally get the challenges of being busy and not having enough people. This evening I was giving probably the worst haircut ever. No disrespect but she was taking forever to do a basic haircut. On top of that, both left and right sides of my head were uneven and some parts were longer than other parts. I can tell she didn't want to be there at all. The other stylist along with the manager were interacting with their clients and I could tell it wasn't a store problem, but rather that she doesn't care. I am completely furious. My wedding is this Friday and this isn't a good time to be dealing with this. I don't mean to be that guy but she needs to do something else that doesn't involve cutting hair. I will give this location another visit next time and hope to be with someone else since I do love the rest of the staff and the hard work that the manager does is recognized."

"Not a bad place to get your haircut. The prices are reasonable. The app makes it easy to reserve your spot when you want to arrive. They run specials all the time to take the price down a bit. It is not my choice for haircuts just because I have not had success with a stylist who can cut my hair the way I want it cut."
