The organization it’s self care for their staff & is always looking for what’s best for their staff. They are very flexible with schedule & understands that life happens. Although they do hold you to the expectations of performing excellence & following standard rules. They are reasonable. If I didn’t live so far away I would want to work there permanently. "I've loved my experience of working here from the beginning. I had worked here previously about 3 years ago for Facilities and HR- who had amazing teams with Frank, Tammy, and others. Loved my experience with great learning opportunities! Then I decide to switch over to another business for sometime and take a "break" from work for two years (for church service in St. Louis, Missouri). Once I got back after two years, I thought I'd apply again because the culture and experience of the people was amazing from the past and end up in the Clinical Department.
