"Great place, great staff! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is because almost every time I call, it goes straight to the automated machine saying they are assisting other patients, but I wait forever, and then it takes me to an answering machine, where you can't even leave a msg. I call over and over and over! There's no way, that they don't have someone there that can answer the phones at all times, cause when I walk in, there is always someone at the front desk, this part of my experience here with my son is the most frustrating part of all."

"Gracey at the front desk is absolutely amazing. She greets you as soon as you walk in & she always has a smile on her face. I’ve never seen her have a bad day. She has the best customer service and is so positive. I love going in to see her! Dr Eric is so professional & sweet. He got straight to the point with treatment to get me out of my braces. He definitely has made my treatment a better experience and brought light to this office! I love all of the staff!"
