"Today was my first time in. Pros: lots of colors to choose from. Cons: Other than that it’s uninviting, people weren’t friendly, they don’t offer any drinks, the person didn’t speak to me at all besides saying “wash hands”, I had to ask two other workers for color options, tell them how to shape my nails, etc. There was a used towel with nail dust on it when I sat down at the station they sat me at & he just shook it off and reused it. He did not use a new file or buffer, the shape of my nails is crooked had to come home and fix them myself and take the excess paint off my skin. I rather drive to San Antonio 30 min away to my regular salon for sanitary, great, friendly, welcoming service."

"I have only had, maybe 3-4 pedicures in my life, because I always buffed, filed, and painted my own nails. But I'm not as young now and it's more difficult for me to do all the buffing of my nails and heals. So I thought I would find a professional to do it instead. I scheduled an appointment for 1pm. I arrived a couple minutes before and checked in, picked out my nail color, and sat down. After waiting 5 minutes I was escorted to a pedicure chair. I sat down then reviewed the complimentary drink list, the menu of pedicure choices, and played with all the settings on the massage chair. After 25 more minutes I was asked if I would like a drink. (I am an extremely patient person, to a fault and wasn't on any schedule today. Also, after checking in, I overheard an employee tell a client that it was unusually busy for a Monday.) At 45 minutes past my appointment time, the technician brought me the drink, asked which service I wanted, quickly gathered the items and began. The tools were enclosed in a sanitary bag and were opened in front of me. I requested The Milk & Honey Pedicure. The sugar scrub, the honey, the soak, the hot towel wrap with paraffin, and the hot stone massage all felt wonderful. My toes were happy to be receiving such great attention. The technician took their time and I felt they genuinely cared about me."

"A friend of mine recently recommended this salon, so I thought I would give it a try. Really enjoyed my experience. They were fast, even though the place was packed. Finished a change of color on my nails and toes within about an hour. I really loved how my friends nails turned out, so tried to get the same color. They were able to match it exactly and they turned out so cute. I really liked how they shaped my nails. The location is wonderful! Clients inside were telling me how much they loved this salon and encouraged me to return."
