Supercuts

"My kid went in yesterday to get a haircut, showed the lady exactly what he wanted. My son has ascar accross his hole head. Their was A supervisor there showed her what to use and how to do it OK cool. I stepped outside really quick and come back inside and my child is bald with tears coming down his face. I called my son by his full name and he said stop and she didn't stop and shaved him bald right in front of me. I waspo pissed at that point. My son is in tears and going to be made fun of cause he has the scar. Never in my life has this happened. We been going here for years and even the supervisor said i remember your son. At this point we got a free haircut cause my son is in tears and he doesnt even want to go to school. As A parent I'm very upset!!!!"

"Stylist had no idea what she was doing. I tried explaining it several times. Showed the picture several times of what I wanted. Also I wanted to add a blow dry and style I told her I’d pay the extra money for the blow dry. She said she doesn’t want to mess it up so just didn’t do it. She mentioned she never cut such long hair & in return ended up cutting off more than 3 inches of mine just so she’d be more comfortable cutting I think. I kept telling her I wanted to keep my length I tried to be nice and remind her during the cut but for some reason she just wasn’t comprehending anything I was requesting. Her name was Melina I think."

"It gives you an online option for a time for Color so I went ahead and got the 5pm slot and when I got there I was told they only do it as late as 3pm. I got out from work early and drove 45 minutes for no reason what an inconvenience then please remove the online slots if you guys are not going to honor the reservations."

"I cannot rave enough about Leyah . I had a meeting at 7:00 p.m. here it was 4:00 P.M. and needed a cut as my hair had grown out from a bad cut from someplace else. Making an appointment was easy online, and I had only a five min wait after arrival. Leyah and I talked about what I wanted. I had tried to find pictures showing my particular bob, but couldn't. Leyah listened intently as I described what I wanted. Unfortunately I don't know the terms of hair cutting, but after a few minutes, Leyah said the magic words - "Undercut" I was doubtful that was the term, but we agreed after I tried to draw what I wanted (I am definitely no artist). With all this preparation, Leyah listened patiently and showed me what each cut would be like taking the time to make sure I understood what was going to happen. I was fearful since I'd had a hair stylist for years who had suffered a stroke and now I had to find another one. After our time consuming consultation, Leyah went to work. She took 50 minutes and carefully measured each effort. In the end, she gave me EXACTLY what I'd asked for and I couldn't have been happier. This is the first time ever in my 80 years that I walked out of a salon completely satisfied and felt like I got what I asked for. Leyah, you are perfection. I will be back. The amount I paid was very reasonable, especially for the time she spent following through on what I wanted. My hair looked lovely and I felt like Cinderella at the ball when I walked into my meeting!"
