"Very disappointed. I have been loyal for 3-4 years driving far to come every two weeks to get my eyebrows threaded. Last time I went, it was raining and the girl doing my eyebrows called me sweaty loudly in front of everyone. Very strange but today was the last straw and I am not returning. I was waiting in there for a while waiting for all of them to be finished with their current clients and they started helping people who walked in after me. I am really upset. It was the same person who did both things I mentioned. Also I tip well every single time I go."
