"Hayden did an amazing job on my hair. She asked so many questions that really helped me achieve my hair goal. She was super accommodating and even asked if i wanted my hair styled at the end. Most stylists usually assume I do and I have to rinse my hair when I get home, but because Hayden asked, I was able to tell her that I don’t like product in my hair and I prefer to air dry. Overall a wonderful experience and I will be coming back for my next trim :)"

"My Appt time was scheduled for 3pm, they called and asked if I could push it back to 3:30pm. I said that’s no problem, I understand things can get crazy. I arrived 10 minutes early and wasn’t seated for my appt until 4pm. I was annoyed for having to wait that long especially when I already had my original time pushed back. I asked for a blonde money piece and hair color (I had told the lady I talked to on the phone this and sent reference pics a week prior.) my stylist suggested that I don’t do the money piece because of time management, which annoyed me even more. My stylist was nice and the color and cut came out okay but I was charged $300 for everything including an extra long color time and I didn’t even get everything I wanted."

"Everyone was very nice however my hair was cut 4 inches shorter than discussed and after mentioning numerous times my hair lifts/fades brassy, my highlights ended up brassy- not anything like the picture I showed. Unfortunately I was not able to see how brassy it was until looking at it in daylight. $400 I could have used elsewhere during the holidays."
