"Called in today and they are pretty much closed all week, which is very inconvenient for anyone. I asked to be scheduled today or tommorrow and they said they wouldnt have anything till february and i said well give ne a call today or tommorrow otherwise ill just look around somewhere else because every time i call u guys have nothing available and she hanged up on me."

"NOT RELIABLE. I called outside of office hours and heard that their new hours included Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. . I began to call after 10:00 a.m. Sunday morning and got no answer. I called multiple times. My 6-year-old had been crying in pain, desperate to see a dentist. I drove by the office at about 11:00 a.m. on Sunday and was shocked to see nobody there. I continued to call and no one ever answered the phone. I didn't get a return phone call until after 2:00 p.m. on Sunday. Therefore I would argue that their work hours are grossly misrepresented. I was thankful to find another dentist office that was open and that could see my daughter."
"I went into the office in so much pain and difficult circumstances and they were so nice and helpful. Dr. Duran was very understanding, kind and helpful. The staff was amazing, compassionate and made me feel so comfortable and seen. I have always had severe anxiety when going to see a dentist and Zen Dental helped me feel at ease. I highly recommend."
"I had emergency tooth situation, wife found Zen Dental on the web and they were open. I was a first time patient and they were able to schedule an appointment for Sunday at 1100. I filled out online forms and submitted them. I arrived at my appointment time and was greeted kindly and my tooth problem was resolved very quickly. The doctor was awesome and my wife and I were very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend this dentistry."
