She listens when you express your concerns, she corrected an issue previous threaders have ignored claiming my eyebrows are naturally that way (one higher than the other is not natural lol) and she identified the issue and fixed it with ease, courtesy and respect, greatly appreciate it! Can also tell she is just a genuine, caring, easygoing person which is an added bonus! The lady at the reception desk was friendly and professional too, simple but important things!"
