"The appointment started off so good, just to end so horribly disappointing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They gave me their recommendations. After I chose to just get two cavities fixed, I was given something to numb my mouth. The dentist left and didn't come back. It had to be a good 40 minutes before I asked how much longer it was going to be (yes I should have asked sooner). An assistant said the dentist apologized and will get back to me. The appointment started off so good, just to end so horribly. I ended up asking them if they could transfer my records to another dentist."
