"Charged my card twice and now my account is negative apparently there saying it didn’t go threw so now It’s my loss of 90 dollars never again going there and my nails have never looked this messy and not even straight there all slanted I said French tip and got this I will be filling a report bc of my money"
"TERRIBLE BUSINESS ! Got my nails done on a Friday and not even a week later they are lifting. Went back to get them fixed and they tried to charge me, stating that any nail issue has to be within 3 days of getting them done! I refused because that is not the policy that I am used to and any real nail shop would know that. Also their “policy” is not posted anywhere in their so called nail salon. TRASH"
"As a blk female, I walked in this establishment and was told they were busy. Not that there will be a wait and if I was ok with that. All the while noticing a yt woman sitting waiting for their turn and other yt women getting service. No other diversity of customers was in this place. Poor customer service."
"I went in for a "Deluxe" pedicure, spent 20 minutes in the chair, 3-minute "massage". It looks like I just had polish applied and not a full pedicure. The woman who did the pedicure spent most of her time on the phone. The facility is cluttered and does not have a relaxing atmosphere. I should have left when I walked in and there were no customers. I will never go back there again!"
