"Very disappointed. I asked for balayage (provided photos as examples of what I wanted) and I don't even know what to call the mess I ended up with. I absolutely don't recommend and would never ever go back. I asked for a complete refund due to all the damage she did to my hair. My hair is breaking off in several places. She nickel and dimed me and didn't give me a full refund. She is extremely unprofessional. It will take two more trips to another salon to fix all the damage she did to my hair!! NEVER AGAIN.
